End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is between you and J.A.B. Enterprises (registration no. RO50573195, Iași, Romania), operating HiddenViewer, and governs your right to access and use the HiddenViewer software and website (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to this EULA in addition to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. License grant

Subject to your compliance with this EULA and our Terms of Service, and for as long as your subscription is active, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for the sole purpose of viewing and downloading publicly available Instagram information for your own personal, non-commercial use, and to submit manual, best-effort requests relating to private accounts under the terms described in our Terms of Service. This license does not grant you any ownership interest in the Service.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

• Sell, lease, rent, sublicense, redistribute, or otherwise provide third-party access to the Service or to your account;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code, underlying data sources, or methods of operation of the Service;
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the Service;
• Copy, mirror, or frame any part of the Service except as expressly permitted;
• Use automated means (bots, scripts, scrapers) to access, query, or interact with the Service itself;
• Use the Service to build or assist in building a competing product or service;
• Use the Service to violate any person's privacy or legal rights, or to harass, stalk, or intimidate any individual.

3. Ownership

The Service — including its software, source code, design, interface, and branding — is owned by HiddenViewer / J.A.B. Enterprises and its licensors, and is licensed to you, not sold. You acquire no rights to the Service beyond the limited license in Section 1. Content retrieved through the Service (public Instagram content, or manually captured private content) belongs to its original rights holders — using it responsibly and lawfully is your own responsibility.

4. Third-party trademarks

"Instagram" and related marks are trademarks of Meta Platforms, Inc. Their use on this site is purely descriptive, to explain what the Service does. HiddenViewer is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc.

5. No warranty

The Service is licensed "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including for private-account requests, which are explicitly best-effort and never guaranteed. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular content will be retrievable. See our Terms of Service for full disclaimers and limitation of liability.

6. Termination

This license terminates automatically, without notice, if you violate this EULA, or when your subscription ends and is not renewed. We may also suspend or terminate your access for fraudulent, abusive, or illegal use of the Service. Upon termination, you must stop using the Service; termination does not entitle you to a refund except as described in our Refund Policy.

7. Governing law

This EULA is governed by the laws of Romania, the jurisdiction in which HiddenViewer's operating entity, J.A.B. Enterprises, is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, consistent with the governing-law terms in our Terms of Service.
