Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and J.A.B. Enterprises (registration no. RO50573195), registered at Str. Drobeta, Nr. 1, Bloc R11, Scara C, Etaj Parter, Apartament 1, Iași, Iași County, Romania ("HiddenViewer", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of HiddenViewer (the "Service") operated at hiddenviewer.com. By creating an account, completing a purchase, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher, to use the Service. By using the Service you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide us is accurate and complete.

2. What the Service does

HiddenViewer lets you view and download publicly available Instagram content — profiles, posts, reels, stories, and highlights — without logging into your own Instagram account and without the account owner being notified. Public content is retrieved through independent third-party data providers; we do not access Instagram's or Meta's own systems to obtain it.

For accounts set to private, HiddenViewer offers a separate, clearly-labeled service: a manual, best-effort attempt by a human member of our team to retrieve accessible information. This is not automated, and it is never guaranteed. See Section 4 below.

HiddenViewer does not deploy bots, automation, or scripts against Instagram or Meta, and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or otherwise connected to Meta Platforms, Inc. or Instagram. Publicly available information is obtained through independent third-party data providers. Requests involving private accounts are handled manually by our team on a best-effort basis and are never guaranteed.

3. Not affiliated with Instagram or Meta

HiddenViewer is an independent service, unaffiliated with Meta Platforms, Inc. "Instagram" and related marks are trademarks of Meta Platforms, Inc., used here strictly to describe the subject matter of our Service. We do not use, request, or need the target account's password, and we do not need or use your own Instagram credentials.

4. Private account requests — no guarantee

Requests involving private Instagram accounts are handled 100% manually by our team on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee that we will be able to retrieve any content from a private account, or that any attempt will succeed within a particular timeframe. If we are unable to retrieve anything after a reasonable effort, we will notify you rather than leave the request open indefinitely. Submitting a private-account request does not entitle you to a specific outcome; see our Refund Policy for what this means for billing.

5. Accounts

Your account is created automatically after a successful payment, and login credentials are sent to the email address you provide at checkout. You're responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized use of your account. You agree to provide accurate account information (email, name, country) and to keep it up to date.

6. Acceptable use & prohibited conduct

You agree to use the Service only for lawful, personal purposes. Without limiting the above, you agree not to:

• Use the Service to harass, stalk, intimidate, defraud, or violate the privacy or legal rights of any person;
• Use the Service to violate Instagram's, Meta's, or any other third party's terms of service, or any applicable law or regulation;
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or use automated means (bots, scripts) to access or interact with the Service itself;
• Resell, sublicense, or provide third-party access to your account or to content obtained through the Service on a commercial basis;
• Attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with any security or rate-limiting feature of the Service;
• Submit fraudulent payment information, or use the Service with the intent to file a fraudulent chargeback or dispute.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate, without refund, any account used for abusive, illegal, or fraudulent purposes.

7. Subscriptions & billing

Subscriptions are billed upfront for the selected cycle — 1, 3, or 12 months. By subscribing and providing payment details, you authorize us and our payment processor, HiPay, to charge your payment method for the applicable amount at the start of each cycle.

Introductory discount: your first billing cycle is charged at a 25%-discounted introductory rate. Every renewal after that is charged automatically at the full, non-discounted price for your plan, every cycle, until you cancel. Exact amounts for each plan are disclosed at checkout and on our pricing page before you pay.

Auto-renewal: subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled beforehand. You can cancel auto-renewal at any time from account settings — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle, your access continues until then, and it does not retroactively refund time already paid for. We will not change the price of your active plan mid-cycle without notice.

You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that, by purchasing, you understand what you are buying under these Terms. See our Refund Policy for refund eligibility and our handling of chargebacks and disputes.

8. Content & media retention

Public content is streamed to you on request and is not permanently archived on our servers. Media manually captured to fulfill a private-account request is stored only long enough to deliver it to you and is automatically deleted after 30 days; you may also delete it earlier from your dashboard. 9. Intellectual property

The Service — including its software, design, branding, and text — is owned by HiddenViewer / J.A.B. Enterprises or our licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. We grant you no rights to our intellectual property except the limited license to use the Service described in our EULA. Content retrieved through the Service belongs to its original rights holders; using it responsibly, and in compliance with applicable copyright and privacy law, is your own responsibility.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability of the Service or of the third-party data providers it depends on, the accuracy, completeness, or currency of retrieved content, or any particular outcome for private-account requests. You use the Service at your own risk and are solely responsible for complying with applicable law in your jurisdiction.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HiddenViewer, J.A.B. Enterprises, and our officers, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Service — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Service will not exceed the total amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HiddenViewer, J.A.B. Enterprises, and our officers, employees, and agents from any claim, liability, damage, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: your violation of these Terms; your violation of any law or the rights of a third party; or your use of content retrieved through the Service.

13. Termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time from account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal conduct, or misused the Service. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 9–12) will survive.

14. Governing law & disputes

These Terms, and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the Service, are governed by the laws of Romania, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Romania for the resolution of any such dispute, except where applicable consumer-protection law in your country of residence grants you the right to bring a claim in your local courts.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date on this page, and where required by law we will provide additional notice (such as by email). Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
